(1)DOWNLOAD  XAMPP SOFTWARE FORM  www.apachefriends.org/download.html 

(2)double click on xampp    installer  .exe file  & click on yes .. if ask for  to continue with installation..

(3)then you will see welcome to setup wizard.


(4)next  must select  components  Apache  & Mysql while installing

(5)then select a folder to install your xampp  into D: drive or C: dirve  or other drive..

(6)then click  on next ... after that you will see cmd will open and  do not close it continue it for process  & click on next again..

(7)now you will see it will start installing...

(9)finally click on  finish  ....

now  open your  xampp  :

start Apache & Mysql..

(10)now open your  D:  Drive  you will see     D:/xampp/htdocs

in htdocs folder you should keep your   projects folder   
for example your  project folder name is   myproject    and  your  file which is inside  myproject is 
example.php 
then  
you  should   run  your  file by opening or  using any browser   & type following url  into address bar ..

"Localhost/myproject/example.php "
